What’s Happening with the Affordable Care Act?

There are 215 days left until October 1, 2013, when enrollment in the Wisconsin Marketplace will begin.  Seven months may sound like a long way off, but the implementation process is still roaring behind the scenes.  States are now applying for federal grant money in order to train Navigators and get the word out so people newly eligible for Medicaid or subsidies in the Marketplace are aware of their options.
